It all started with the urge to exercise and get fit this summer by doing things i would enjoy rather than just gong to the park or gym to work out. I decided to buy a cheap mountain bike to do a couple circles around a park or go out to the city and back...
WELP! ME+Something i like+Something that challenges me+My enthusiasm for sharing the feeling=Me riding with a pack of folks that essentially will feel the same way.

What started out as 5 miles turned into 25 miles and this week it turned into 45 miles of bike riding growing from 2 people to 10 people. My expectation will be 25 people doing 50 miles 2x a week by the end of the summer.

I have learned that when you change your life style you change the way you see your everyday environment. NYC is a beautiful City when you want to go out and get fit and explore the bike paths.I love it! It is very therapeutic for me and i appreciate the fact that i am able to share the same sentiment with others.
Looking forward to 100 miles (on a good road bike)....

Writing a journal each day really isnt my thing-so i decided to capture my feelings via photographs...enjoy what i have captured during my stay in Tanzania these past few days

AFRIKA DAY 1: The Travel

Day 1: 9/27
The flight experience in short goes a lil something like this....ok i left on the 26th as i woke up at 7am in the morning to get to LGA
for a flight to ATL-On the longest line for security check in i meet a missionary from TX and a tall beautiful NURSE from NY named sunshine
who told me about her experiences visiting AFRIKA and putting me on to how brown skin women are looked upon funny by darker skinned women in the parts of AFRIKA she has visited on numerous occasions-The convo lasted till i reached my gate-and midway to my flight i met a woman that remembered me from a speaking event i did in ATL and she gave me some kudos and i went onto my flight where i rested like a baby and opened my eyes to the wheels touching the ground in ATLANTA.
I take the train to baggage claim and went to the other side of the airport to check in with KLM for my first flight to Amsterdam-in route i bump into a crowd of people surrounding JOEL ORTIZ the rapper and noticed wow -that dude is taller than he appears on tv and more lean than just a chubby dude...
Okay finally to checkin-scanned my passport seen my buddy Marv and went to the gate where we would meet again at some point...Went to a Mexican food spot in the terminal ate what i normally would order from chipotle and ended up with something that tasted like a 5 year old made me food...lol
BOOM its flight time-finished up all my calls to family and loved ones-and took down my malaria meds and went to my aisle seat on the air bus that seats 600 people easy.
Comfortable and cozy i sit on the plane for about three of my eight hours and people are standing and stretching in the rows and it just happens that the guy seated in front of "ME" decides to get up and stretch-and with his arms raised high-upon exhale he drops back flat on his back head hitting the arm rest in his row! YIKES!
did i just see this shit??? where is Ashton Kutcher is what im thinking...Attendants run over to this guy yelling out is there a doc on board..
NOPE! there weren't any-however there was an alternative meds lady that looks like selena the singer and she rushes over to diagnose the guy-during that period all im thinking is this dude just fainted-please let it not be anything more than that..they brought the guy back with TLC and the emergency landing over the ATLANTIC was ruled out...
SO back to sleep i go after eating my veggie meal and i wake to the sounds of oooooo's from the illest turbulence drops ever....and i took it and said its just a light bump-
then the captain comes on and says -its just light bumps-wtf...i wanted to switch seat with him-grr...
Anyhooty-i slept for another three hours and stayed up the final hour awaiting a touch down at 7am in Amsterdam..
PERFECT!!! We arrived and its Day light-along with 45 degrees!!! the jet way felt like the back of western beef...lol
turned my camera on at this point and walked forever thru 4 terminals to get to the proper gate for the connecting flight to Kilimanjaro-Tanzania then another flight to Dar Es Salaam
In that four hour window-i decided to catch up on mail via internet that cost 16 EUROS to be on for 30 minutes -and me and MArv had to share those minutes...this where i came up with the term "EARLATE" it was early in Amsterdam and LATE in NYC..grrrr
Sigh..this is where i found the Cigarette boxes with the cute lil notes on every packages saying SMOKING WILL KILL YOU..lol
ok-I board my flight after being x rayed in this teleport machine at my gate (o d security) and im off to tanzania-more white people was on this flight than black folk.i was like where are they going..and then it dawned on me after i spoke to a few...most were going to climb the mountain...and alot were going for the crater and the Serengeti
then we stopped there dropped off 90 percent of the white people -and picked up passengers headed to DAR es Salaam-where 85 percent were blacks...
Ok now for the 25 minute trip to the east coast of Tanzania- and we land-the jetway is loaded with Blackberry ads and as soon as i hit the terminal (see video blog for this scene)
BOOOOOM! a SCENT of Frankincense and KEEESH was in the air-lmao-yes KEESH...basil cheese and tomato mixed with frankincense....lawd have mercy
ANYHOOTY...lol
met the embassy folks went to Dar es salaam's 4 star hotel on the ocean called Sea Cliff and went straight to bed!

10 years in the making...

Clears Throat...

eeeh hmmmmmm..

SO the day has finally arrived-my last day in AMERICA...Not for good, but for good service.
I am really excited about my life dream to visit the mother land and do what i have dedicated my life to in the US over the past 9 years.
Excitement is an understatement as to what i am feeling right now. Also the biggest part of travel to the MOTHER LAND is that i will be celebrating
my 27th Born Day in Rwanda! It wont be a celebration im treating this as a commencement ceremony..
27 is a powerful number for me-It marks a decade of transformation-at 17 i made the conscious decision to live humble, observant, and dedicated to my path that i ideally wanted to create for my self.
As i look back into my rear view mirror i see as far back as a young man who got his GED to get out of High school early just so i can be a part of the world-i see the young man that decided to refine his crafty
talents and ability to effectively communicate his intentions into existence at a very young age and reposition the direction of it all to have an outcome that was a win-win-win for everyone...
i also look back at the creation of a Youth led movement out of the heart of my own body and into the home of my own house to cater to teens needs in the NYC area and formed Team Revolution.
The many ups and downs- lessons and scratches-mistakes and moments that had a blessing in disguise the entire time...Hospital visits for poor health and heart condition due to stress-and then the birth of my Princess Divyne
I can go on for a very long time about the accomplishments that mean alot to people like the awards,acknowledgments, services, deeds, deals, projects etc....
But what trumps all of that was the choice i made and my will to stick to my desires..I WILL FOREVER have accomplishments and create dope ideas and manifest them...it is the offspring of my dedication and the LOVE and acknowledgments are just a side effect of this ambitious condition.
I love every single person that i have come in contact with along the way-the reasons-seasons and the life time folks..
I learned so much.. My new millennium plan of a 10 year dedication is coming to a halt pretty soon...In case yhou are wondering...
In 2000 i gave my self a 10 year plan and i decided to put my self thru my own life schooling where i designed what i needed to learn over the 10 years and i stuck to it..I didnt go to college because of this concept-and i don't regret it-and college is very tempting to this date-however i have proved alot to my self and im ready for the next chapter.
My journey to the mother land is the flag on my track waving telling me i have just one lap left...and i am in the lead..
I feel victorious-powerful-humbled-and Divine at this very moment and i look forward to the finish line of this chapter...On to the Victory lap...I EFFIN LOVE YOU!

My experience at these schools shed the spotlight on a few reminders for me.

I HAVE TO STAY IN THIS LANE FOR A VERY LONG TIME.
Our youth really need more lighthouses-more guiding lights. MORE point of references.NOW-like RIGHT NOW!

Its my responsibility to take my god giving gift of giving love-and use it to transform the lives of young people.

It is AMAZING how as you grow as an individual and into your career or lifestyle how things around you take new form. I hear it all the time, read it in books and even see it in interviews with some of the most successful people. It is always AMAZINGLY refreshing to know as things affect you personally, you turn to your self and say "hey i guess its my turn"...i realize that going thru the motion of growth while watching your world transform is a beautiful rights of passage. The process is filled with so much emotion and so much unpredictable events that have very similar outcomes;whereas you are forced to practice different degrees of the same solution over and over again..Thats Practice!

Practice for something in the near future i would say. I take it as such because one day that practice will one day turn into habit,which will then form the character you will need have embedded in your demeanor to move forward with the work that you do or the path that you walk. People on the outside looking in may not be able to fathom this process because they have not gone thru this process. Instead they will look at it from face value and create an assumption of what it is your doing or going thru.AND it is FINE..

i used to be the one to always bring people to my side for the ride thru DOORs on this trail that i created for my self and always wondered why at some point people i would snatch up would always be inspired and filled with empowerment-BUT they never had the same Value of what the experience brought forth..Ah HA...i figured it out-its because they werent there when i started this journey and or the stages that were filled with lessons and hardship to get me to a comfortable space to snatch someone up for the ride-so of course they would be appreciative of riding-but they would treat the journey the same.

I personally used to always always give people a chance at what was being offered to me for my lifes work,lifes choices and lifes karma..People loved it, and in due time most would falter at some point-having me look at my self like "NEVER AGAIN" and look upon them as setbacks..today i no longer can blame anyone but my self, in fact over the past few months i figured out the system to avoid all of this stuff. I had a late breakfast with a really great friend of mine and she sparked something for me-an epiphany actually and i was brought into a space for about 5 minutes that i never ever wanted to disappear..a feeling of certainty about how effective my system is...

Sausage contains bits of pigs' lungs, so those who EAT pork sausage tend to SUFFER MORE during EPIDEMICS of INFLUENZA. Pig meat contains EXCESSIVE quantities of HISTAMINE and IMIDAZOLE compounds, which can lead to ITCHING and INFLAMMATION; GROWTH HORMONE which PROMOTES INFLAMMATION and growth; sulphur containing mesenchymal mucus which leads to SWELLING and deposits of MUCUS in tendons and cartilage, resulting in ATHRITIS, RHEUMATISM, etc.

Sulphur helps cause FIRM human tendons and ligaments to be replaced by the pig's soft mesenchymal tissues, and degeneration of human cartilage.

Eating pork can also lead to GALLSTONES and OBESITY, probably due to its HIGH CHOLESTEROL and SATURATED FAT content. The pig is the MAIN CARRIER of the TAENIE SOLIUM WORM, which is found in its flesh. These tapeworms are found in human intestines with greater frequency in nations where pigs are eaten. This type of tapeworm can pass through the intestines and affect many other organs, and is incurable once it reaches beyond a certain stage. One in six people in the US and Canada has TRICHINOSIS from eating trichina worms, which are found in pork.

Many people have NO SYMPTOMS to warm them of this, and when they do, they resemble symptoms of many other illnesses. These worms are NOT noticed during meat inspections.

Aristotle once said-What is a friend? A single soul dwelling in two bodies.

This note is dedicated to all the friends in the world. Real Friends. Like the one you could sit on a bench with, never saying a word, and walk away feeling like that was the best conversation you've had. Like what Aristotle is talking about-A really Divine Connection with another person. Its bigger than the person that you talk to all the time,its far much better than the person you see most of the time..Im talking about the person you can see once every few months and or speak to you for just a few minutes-and you have a ground breaking transformative experience in just that moment...

I have been dealing with a lot of ups and downs and swinging away a lot of curve balls over the past few months. In that process i realized that i was neglecting a very special someone. The best friend i have known for years, but hardly took the time to acknowledge-however they remained the same till this day from day one..the essence of this relationship with this friend dictates how i am with other friends in my life...And because i havent been present recently most of my other friendships turned a bit bitter and were broken or even lost...That best friend that i love so much is the friend in me..

A friend is the one who comes in when the whole world has gone out. The relationship that we have with ourselves is a mirrored image of the relationships we have outside of our selves. usually when your in a circumstance with a person that doesnt seem right or someone ended up violating your bond,it stems from similar reoccurrences that exists with you. If you want people to respect you-yopu have to first respect your self..
This statement reveals that there is an internal relationship with you and and another part of you-which may feel like two people existing in one body-(the opposite of aristotle..)

If you are having a bunch of major issues with relationships outside of you and it seems to be an ongoing thing..Stop-And check in with your self..This is your LIFE..yours! As we race around this LIFE we have to take pit stops to check in with ourselves to repair and get our maintenance on...So check in with YOU and do what needs to be done and then go back on your track when ever YOU are READY...Its YOUR time!Plus-The most beautiful discovery true friends make is that they can grow separately without growing apart. And true friendship comes when silence between two people is comfortable.

So effectivily communicate to those in your life that you taking it light and going into your pit stop-do what needs to be done...and come back and you will start to see the new you in the people you have around...And if you dont-then Snip Snip away baby! its 6 Billion people on this planet-dont hold on to things you cant HANDLE.

Okay my Note earlier was dedicated to all my people out there that are faced with a lot of worry, stress, anxiety, depression, or hard times due to current circumstances that may seem to be out of control. I am here as a brother, a friend, a supporter of life-to Be that helping hand..From time to time-we must check in with one another to see if someone needs a little assistance..
I have been at war for a few months with LIFES lemons and stones thrown my way-i didnt fall- or get defeated by it-instead ive been making lemonade and building steps with what was tossed my way...I LOVE LIFE...and i LOVE to share this Sentiment with others-thats what life i s all about...We must Move together as a human race till the death of us...
Did you know that People become attached to their burdens sometimes more than the burdens are attached to them? Stress is nothing more than a socially acceptable form of mental illness. Everyone is running around stressed out and we stress each other out yelling out each day to one another that we are stressed...
Everytime i come back to NYC i enter the space of Stress zones from folks that are both rich or poor...i myself was one of these same people-when i had it good and when i had it bad...Moving thru life anxious and hasty-slowly destroying things....Slowly
A special friend of mine always told me-Divine Haste makes waste...and MAN o MAN-did i learn it the hard way...!!!
Ghandi Said it best There is more to life than increasing its speed. Slow down and everything you are chasing will come around and catch you. The Chinese Believe Tension is who you think you should be. Relaxation is who you are.

The greatest mistake you can make in life is to be continually fearing you will make one. MISTAKES come along with LIFE buddy-thats lifes lessons,learn from them...you would be suprised that the BEST mistake is yet to come!
Don't chain your worries to your body. The burden soon becomes heavy and your health will give too much of itself to pick up the extra load. TAKE IT FROM ME-thoughts-single thoughts that are NEGATIVE are the Body's hitmen! they could kill you!
Did you know that worry is the exact opposite as being optimistic-worrying is just the reverse that something WILL go wrong-OPTIMISM is the "worry" that something WILL go RIGHT! And that my friends makes a whole of a difference! Optimism breeds passion and Worry breeds Anxiety.Anxiety is a thin stream of fear trickling through the mind. If encouraged, it cuts a channel into which all other thoughts are drained.

Real difficulties can be overcome, it is only the imaginary ones that are unconquerable.

Start DRAWING THE LINES-THEY WILL SOON GET THE PICTURE!

I have recently been diagnosed by a Divine force to have “GOHARDERNITUS” it’s a very rare form of LOVE for self…The symptoms consists of having an allergic reaction to Mediocrity, Small thinking, Negative energy, ass backwardnism and counter productive thinking..

The Divine Doctor suggested a new Rehabilitated program and a soul diet with a strict regiment. This is a taste of my new medicine….Why wait for my book when you can have it now…

Daily Routine: To maintain a perfectly balanced day

*Refrain from Draining conversations and activities that clearly are counter productive. (NOTE: When you argue with a fool, the only thing you will prove is that there are now two fools)

*Be Selfish in your Selflessness (When you do for others-do it because YOU want to do it, don’t do it to prove a point to someone else or to one day use the deed as a reminder that you did a great deed. If your heart isn’t in it and it doesn’t essentially feed your soul naturally-do NOT do it)

*PUT YOUR SELF FIRST (Save yourself before you save others, you will be in a greater position to be effective. The worst feeling is going out of your way and putting yourself on the back burner for someone else and that person critiquing you for your poor efforts-If you strongly believe in doing things together as a team, then make sure you and whomever are putting in equal shares of efforts to get the same result….One hand washes the other when they are dirty with the same substance…a salted hand shouldn’t wash a wounded hand.)

*PUMP OUT ABUNDANCE (Give it all you got…Push yourself to the limits…self exploration is at its best when you do things feeling like it is 1,000,000 percent…It is a high standard to give but why not? What are we here for? Go innnnnn-You will be surprised what you have buried inside of you-the more you give of yourself-the more you see the things given to you)

*ACCEPT ALL CHALLENGES FACE TO FACE (Never Back Down-The best lessons come from the greatest tests-The gifts are always hidden in the grief baby! DO NOT Pussy out and let it defeat you-You cant lose)

The sun still shines on my bridge.

It hasnt been so easy crossing over this bridge in life...As i am entering a new land of freedom and harmony. The destination seems so beautiful in sight and feels so Divine with every thought. While on this journey i have lost many and the shedding has been healthy and hurtful in many ways...who can accept losses so easy? It is a lonely journey to happiness-essentially when happiness starts with you and just your self...

I lost a really good friend in the process and a few other close folks that couldnt understand my process. Its like looking at Froto's journey in the lord of the rings..I have been at a lost for words in so many ways for them-and focused primarily on my actions...walk my talk...In the midst of it all they shed...This is the journey and i have accepted it-This is my life...

I love it! I wouldnt trade it in for the world...LIVING LIFE -LIGHT

There is nothing you can do about it.....

So Far touring around the country has been really fun and exciting. Each and every day i wake the mission repeats itself but witha little twist-"Inspire-Empower-SHINE"..It is the greatest feeling in the world to run inside a classroom, lecture hall, open space, street sideto speak to strangers with the most familiar essence..I look at their lips and listen to their eyes as i speak with my aura-and the level of communicationis so intense, its DIVINE (No Pun)

Each and every day i wake i think- i think of a better way of sparking folks into BEINg who they want to be in the future -RIGHT nowsOME may call it giving hope- i call it giving light..I am just as light..A lighthouse for those that are in motion but just need a signof reassurance that they are heading the right way-and a beam of light for those that need their paths lit and to represent that where i standthe sun will shine forever..To inspire people to stay on this path and generate their light for others to use as well...

It is important to me, no one is telling me to do this-i just love doing it..No one is sponsoring me to do this, i am making thsacrifices to do thisof course i am not understood by those i wish could understand, but its alright-that life and sometimes thats what it has to be until its fathomable for people.Until then i will shine hard, i will encourage those to do the same and burn my love thru all obstacles and represent for all that i can.I love people-i love to BE my change-and i love my light.

Speaking out in Austin This past week was pretty amazing..The Boys and Girls Club of Central Texas was our host and lined up all of the presentations we gave in the Killeen area of Texas...
The youth audience ranged from 9 year olds to some 15-16...It was a really fun experience working with this group of young people...

It was also moving to hear young boys and girls speak confidently about what they will accomplish when they get older and then watch their eyes light up when i tell them that their dreams can come true RIGHT NOW!!...

As myself and my comrade Live Wire Spoke to the groups- i realized and imagined me being in the seat of our audience members and pretending someone came to visit me with information that can change my life..

It was a great pleasure to visit this place and we look forward to coming back out..
I want to thank the Boys And Girls Club of Central Texas..Especially my homie and fellow comrade Juanita Flores for believing in us....And setting things up..

So i was out in THE A....ANd my cousins put me on to the new Street fighter 4 game...that looks really hot..wow it has been 8 yeas since the last one came out...the graphics look tuff-and you get to play with all of the old players...and they look really fly...
im not a gamer, i mean i do have a nintendo wii but i havent had the luxury of being able to get my game on the way use to when i was younger..man i remember cutting school or even going to school late because im at my friends house playing street fighter turbo....loved those days....well i m gonna get this game for my lil bro and sis im sure they would love it....ANYONE got the hook up?

Good Day Every one...Doctor D is here...With some advice on how to knock out a head cold ...before it ruins your day or week or special day...I went out under dressed yesterday and got hit with the bug however i needed to be well the following day..So it was time for me to create the all time favorite Home Concoction remedey THE MUCUS BUSTER and COLD KILLER!!! FOllow my lead as i make myself some!....

Okay you find a Cup and fill it up with water -Then you pour it into a small pot ..put about 2-3 cups in....

Find You some juicy juicy lemon!!!! This will help to cut through all of the mucus brewing in your head and throat!!..it cuts right through it

Then you find some garlic-and cut it in half and slice the cloves in half...

Did you know that garlic is an antibiotic!!!!!

having the capacity in dilute solutions to inhibit the growth of or to destroy bacteria and other microorganisms, used chiefly in the treatment of infectious diseases.

Then you throw it all in the boiling pot....

Let it rock for about 10 minutes...

Pour it into a cup with garlic and lemon pieces..YUMMMY!!!!

Add a little bit of honey for your liking !

And DRINK LOTS OF WATER During that day....

do not eat or drink anything with starches or milk based products during this time....

Oh Do i have a Story to tell!
Once upon a time a few years back Divine gets a request to do a speaking engagement out in Germany for the Staples Corp about getting young people engaged in becoming social Entrepreneurs etc.....So i said YES of course and immateriality call my Dude LIVE
and asked him if he wanted to Roll with me to Europe and what you think he said?....INDEED..
So weeks go by and me and sir Wire leave NY on a fly Lufthansa Flight to the Germ..
On our way to Hamburg-we had to make a stop off in Munich to connect...So hours go by and we arrive!
TOUCH DOWN (Two Arms up)!
We then realize that we have an additional plane to catch in less than an hour and we gotta go through customs etc and security ....So we are rushing to get to our next flight and ripping the airport we go, and through customs , checkpoints etc...
We make it to our flight just in time-YES!..Board another Lufthansa Airline and off we go to HAMBURG baby! Me and live kicking it and the last time we flew (i think it was to sundance out in UTAH) we had a blast and we took pictures crazy videos met cool folks, and when we landed in NY the fun was killed cuz i left my damn cameras in my jacket that was left on a plane somewhere....so right before we got excited to get off the plane to celebrate Germany-i say "nah no celebrating till we check our pockets and our belongings....
AND IT NEVER FAILS!
I realize that in between customs and checkpoints security etc-i left my "EVERYTHING" in Munich!!!!! Wallet, Passport all that!
Damn!!!!!!
So i looked over at live had my moment...for like 20 seconds....and then I pressed the Phuckit Button-and shrugged my shoulders and we said the Adventure begins! I have no ID and NO MONEY..nothing! So we started .......

.....The Trip was awesome...make a long story short...We made enough money out there to take care of us-had a luxury car on the autobahn never missed a meal, went out every night, and had Euro's to take back to exchange....Now we go back to the airport and im thinking this is sweet-im just gonna go back to Munich and pick my things up from security and im good (i called and they had it)-went to my ticket counter in hamburg and they tell me-my flight isnt going back to MUNICH its going to Frankfurt!!!!!! But if i wanted them to change it -it would be 400 EUROS per person !!!!!!! lmao....there goes all the cash we were bringing back.....
The moral of the story....No sweat! Grace under Fire, be optimistic, LIVE IT UP-Take Risks-and live-MORE!!!oh and haste is waste!

I would like to share with you for those that dont know me as "ANDY"...Man o Man-i went to several schools growing up where i left my mark on the lives of the student body and of the faculty! In more ways than one...lol...If any one been to school with me knew i was OFF THE HOOK-Better yet I Was DISCONNECTED! -lol...
A mix between Ferris Bueller, Dennis the Menace, and throw in a lil bit of the biggest class clown you could think of...Students that are reading this blog-please understand that this is not a green light for you to start wilding out in class more than ever!-It was just my path in becoming who i am today...And ooooo was it an ill path...a lot of my buddies back then that shared the same path didnt make it to my destination in life, at some point i took a different direction than most and its unfortunate to see some of them locked up or in a poor circumstances due to the choices made years ago that they wouldn't think to see haunt them in the future....(Hold your heads)

This Blog is about me going back to one of schools JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL 113 located in Fort Greene, Brooklyn...But this time i went back to speak to the younger me-in search for the younger me..I knew that when i was in school acting out, i didnt know that i was seeking a creative outlet for what i was dealing with a youngster-and school became that zone where i let it all out in every way possible...

Till i met Mrs EDWARDS! in a Bridge class i was put in after my 7th Grade year , where the adminastration told me i would have to repeat a second year of 7th grade due to my poor academics and behavior patterns...(One of the scariest feelings)-But Mrs Edwards was the very first Teacher i came in contact with that showed the love all teachers should show a student- a genuine connection to young people...she spent most of her time educating me about life and choices we make and how it affects our future...she also would spend most of her time speaking to me about my future and we spoke about it so much that every time i acted out she would remind me that what i was doing didnt add up to what i wanted in the future! Damn She was good!

She pushed all of us, and she begged me to do what i needed to do in that class. I told her i didnt desrve to be left back into a bridge class-And she replied "oh yea, well prove it to me and your self that you dont belong in here and show us where you belong!" THAT WAS IT!
THAT WAS IT!-In just a few months i did every thing i needed to get out of that class and before you knew it-i was in the 8th grade mid semester in time for me to graduate on time!!
Man i LOVE Mrs Edwards-and any one who was in that class with me- know she was the best...

So 10 years later i went back to the school to see mrs edwards and she was still in that class teaching...here are some flicks!

A message to all the teachers out there...Please be Connected to your students. Please understand that teaching is not a simple task-its an ART!
Our children are in class rooms with a lot of disconnected facilitators and i remember what i did to teachers i had that couldnt educate effectivly...
Its no bragging on my end but i made a few teachers quit there jobs mid lesson.
Our Babies need to be taught and taught right...

THE DIRTY HANDS CARAVAN TOUR
Los Angeles, CA - April 29, 2008 - Three bio-diesel buses transporting more than 150 activists, otherwise known as The Dirty Hands Caravan, departed the grounds of the Coachella Festival in Indio, CA at approximately 2:30PM PST on Monday, April 28. The buses will travel 1800 miles stopping in numerous cities over the next week until they reach New Orleans on Friday, May 2nd. The caravan, which was entirely conceived and organized over the past two weeks, is the coming together of individuals encouraged to “get involved” in any way they feel compelled, whether its by cleaning up parks or neighborhoods, caring for the sick or needy, or speaking out on behalf of issues such as immigration reform. The project is the brainchild of Sean Penn, who yesterday appeared on the festival mainstage inviting the audience to spontaneously join the caravan. Minutes after his speech, dozens of concert goers signed up for the week long mission.
