This little PIGGY WIGGY......

If you pours Coke (yes, the soda) on a slab of pork, wait a little while, you will SEE WORMS crawl out of it.

A message from the Health Corporation of Singapore about the Bad effects of pork consumption. Pig's bodies contain MANY TOXINS, WORMS and LATENT DISEASES.

Although some of these infestations are harboured in other animals, modern veterinarians say that pigs are far MORE PREDISPOSED to these illnesses than other animals. This could be because PIGS like to SCAVENGE and will eat ANY kind of food, INCLUDING dead insects, worms, rotting carcasses, excreta including their own, garbage, and other pigs. INFLUENZA (flu) is one of the MOST famous illnesses which pigs share with humans. This illness is haboured in the LUNGS of pigs during the summer months and tends to affect pigs and human in the cooler months.

Sausage contains bits of pigs' lungs, so those who EAT pork sausage tend to SUFFER MORE during EPIDEMICS of INFLUENZA. Pig meat contains EXCESSIVE quantities of HISTAMINE and IMIDAZOLE compounds, which can lead to ITCHING and INFLAMMATION; GROWTH HORMONE which PROMOTES INFLAMMATION and growth; sulphur containing mesenchymal mucus which leads to SWELLING and deposits of MUCUS in tendons and cartilage, resulting in ATHRITIS, RHEUMATISM, etc.

Sulphur helps cause FIRM human tendons and ligaments to be replaced by the pig's soft mesenchymal tissues, and degeneration of human cartilage.

Eating pork can also lead to GALLSTONES and OBESITY, probably due to its HIGH CHOLESTEROL and SATURATED FAT content. The pig is the MAIN CARRIER of the TAENIE SOLIUM WORM, which is found in its flesh. These tapeworms are found in human intestines with greater frequency in nations where pigs are eaten. This type of tapeworm can pass through the intestines and affect many other organs, and is incurable once it reaches beyond a certain stage. One in six people in the US and Canada has TRICHINOSIS from eating trichina worms, which are found in pork.

Many people have NO SYMPTOMS to warm them of this, and when they do, they resemble symptoms of many other illnesses. These worms are NOT noticed during meat inspections.

Are you Really my Friend?


Aristotle once said-What is a friend? A single soul dwelling in two bodies. 

This note is dedicated to all the friends in the world. Real Friends. Like the one you could sit on a bench with, never saying a word, and walk away feeling like that was the best conversation you've had. Like what Aristotle is talking about-A really Divine Connection with another person. Its bigger than the person that you talk to all the time,its far much better than the person you see most of the time..Im talking about the person you can see once every few months and or speak to you for just a few minutes-and you have a ground breaking transformative experience in just that moment...

I have been dealing with a lot of ups and downs and swinging away a lot of curve balls over the past few months. In that process i realized that i was neglecting a very special someone. The best friend i have known for years, but hardly took the time to acknowledge-however they remained the same till this day from day one..the essence of this relationship with this friend dictates how i am with other friends in my life...And because i havent been present recently most of my other friendships turned a bit bitter and were broken or even lost...That best friend that i love so much is the friend in me..

A friend is the one who comes in when the whole world has gone out. The relationship that we have with ourselves is a mirrored image of the relationships we have outside of our selves. usually when your in a circumstance with a person that doesnt seem right or someone ended up violating your bond,it stems from similar reoccurrences that exists with you. If you want people to respect you-yopu have to first respect your self..
This statement reveals that there is an internal relationship with you and and another part of you-which may feel like two people existing in one body-(the opposite of aristotle..)

If you are having a bunch of major issues with relationships outside of you and it seems to be an ongoing thing..Stop-And check in with your self..This is your LIFE..yours! As we race around this LIFE we have to take pit stops to check in with ourselves to repair and get our maintenance on...So check in with YOU and do what needs to be done and then go back on your track when ever YOU are READY...Its YOUR time!Plus-The most beautiful discovery true friends make is that they can grow separately without growing apart. And true friendship comes when silence between two people is comfortable. 

So effectivily communicate to those in your life that you taking it light and going into your pit stop-do what needs to be done...and come back and you will start to see the new you in the people you have around...And if you dont-then Snip Snip away baby! its 6 Billion people on this planet-dont hold on to things you cant HANDLE.

Okay my Note earlier was dedicated to all my people out there that are faced with a lot of worry, stress, anxiety, depression, or hard times due to current circumstances that may seem to be out of control. I am here as a brother, a friend, a supporter of life-to Be that helping hand..From time to time-we must check in with one another to see if someone needs a little assistance..
I have been at war for a few months with LIFES lemons and stones thrown my way-i didnt fall- or get defeated by it-instead ive been making lemonade and building steps with what was tossed my way...I LOVE LIFE...and i LOVE to share this Sentiment with others-thats what life i s all about...We must Move together as a human race till the death of us...
Did you know that People become attached to their burdens sometimes more than the burdens are attached to them? Stress is nothing more than a socially acceptable form of mental illness. Everyone is running around stressed out and we stress each other out yelling out each day to one another that we are stressed...
Everytime i come back to NYC i enter the space of Stress zones from folks that are both rich or poor...i myself was one of these same people-when i had it good and when i had it bad...Moving thru life anxious and hasty-slowly destroying things....Slowly
A special friend of mine always told me-Divine Haste makes waste...and MAN o MAN-did i learn it the hard way...!!!
Ghandi Said it best There is more to life than increasing its speed. Slow down and everything you are chasing will come around and catch you. The Chinese Believe Tension is who you think you should be. Relaxation is who you are.

The time to relax is when you don't have time for it. 

Every evening I turn my worries over to God/Universe/Divine Power. because He's/It's/they are going to be up all night anyway.Worry bankrupts the spirit. 

RESPECT what i m saying-it will save your life....Dont be afraid.....Fear makes strangers of people who would normally be friends.

The greatest mistake you can make in life is to be continually fearing you will make one. MISTAKES come along with LIFE buddy-thats lifes lessons,learn from them...you would be suprised that the BEST mistake is yet to come!
Don't chain your worries to your body. The burden soon becomes heavy and your health will give too much of itself to pick up the extra load. TAKE IT FROM ME-thoughts-single thoughts that are NEGATIVE are the Body's hitmen! they could kill you!
Did you know that worry is the exact opposite as being optimistic-worrying is just the reverse that something WILL go wrong-OPTIMISM is the "worry" that something WILL go RIGHT! And that my friends makes a whole of a difference! Optimism breeds passion and Worry breeds Anxiety.Anxiety is a thin stream of fear trickling through the mind. If encouraged, it cuts a channel into which all other thoughts are drained. 

Real difficulties can be overcome, it is only the imaginary ones that are unconquerable.

Be the change you want to see..The battle you fight outside of you for so long, may very well be the same battle you need to fight from within…Change is the most consistent thing in our universe…You cant expect to be the same and one day a new result will come forth..Unfortunatley, people close to you may feel as though when you are growing internally that you are suppose to remain the same…Change can set a new tone, different vibration, new experiences..listen….DO NOT dim YOUR LIGHT…FOR NO ONE..you can not make everyone happy-but please please don’t lose site on your own happiness-LIFE IS SHORTER than you think…

Start DRAWING THE LINES-THEY WILL SOON GET THE PICTURE!

I have recently been diagnosed by a Divine force to have “GOHARDERNITUS” it’s a very rare form of LOVE for self…The symptoms consists of having an allergic reaction to Mediocrity, Small thinking, Negative energy, ass backwardnism and counter productive thinking..

The Divine Doctor suggested a new Rehabilitated program and a soul diet with a strict regiment. This is a taste of my new medicine….Why wait for my book when you can have it now…

Daily Routine: To maintain a perfectly balanced day 

*Refrain from Draining conversations and activities that clearly are counter productive. (NOTE: When you argue with a fool, the only thing you will prove is that there are now two fools)

*Be Selfish in your Selflessness (When you do for others-do it because YOU want to do it, don’t do it to prove a point to someone else or to one day use the deed as a reminder that you did a great deed. If your heart isn’t in it and it doesn’t essentially feed your soul naturally-do NOT do it)

*PUT YOUR SELF FIRST (Save yourself before you save others, you will be in a greater position to be effective. The worst feeling is going out of your way and putting yourself on the back burner for someone else and that person critiquing you for your poor efforts-If you strongly believe in doing things together as a team, then make sure you and whomever are putting in equal shares of efforts to get the same result….One hand washes the other when they are dirty with the same substance…a salted hand shouldn’t wash a wounded hand.)

*PUMP OUT ABUNDANCE (Give it all you got…Push yourself to the limits…self exploration is at its best when you do things feeling like it is 1,000,000 percent…It is a high standard to give but why not? What are we here for? Go innnnnn-You will be surprised what you have buried inside of you-the more you give of yourself-the more you see the things given to you)

*ACCEPT ALL CHALLENGES FACE TO FACE (Never Back Down-The best lessons come from the greatest tests-The gifts are always hidden in the grief baby! DO NOT Pussy out and let it defeat you-You cant lose)

Dont Worry BE Happy!


If things go wrong, don't go with them! Keep your ass grounded.
People gather bundles of sticks to build bridges they never cross.I know that the best way to predict the future is to create it, so watch what the heck you are forecasting...
